Question:
We built a house and moved in Sept 1998. Since then the heatpump has required four service calls (by the people who installed it), all for the same problem: loose electrical connections or dirty electrical connection contacts. Last call we were billed $ 75.00. We forwarded the bill to our builder, because the builder has a one-year warranty on the house. In a month, this warranty will be up. We are concerned about these electrical connection problems and would like the AC contractor and the builder to address this problem and extend the warranty. If the present trend continues, we will be socked for service calls and will have no recourse but to pay. If we had not had the warranty, it would have cost us $ 350.00 in 10 months already. Is this unreasonable? What do you think we should do? What do you think they should do for us? "Because Windows was not properly shut down, one or more of your drives may have errors on them. To avoid seeing this message in the future …

Hello, I think I can be of some help with this matter and any future matters. We all could benefit from having a lawyer(prepaid) at our disposal. For about $25.00 a month we offer unlimited phone calls to a lawyer, contract and document renewal and much more. not to mention that this fee covers your family living in your home under thee age of 22 years. This is definately a product we could all benefit from. for more detailed information please feel free to contact us at – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> We built a house and moved in Sept 1998. ====== Either those guys are big time turkeys or they’re trying to set you up for the ‘after warranty’ period! More than two times for the same problem is suspicious. Get another service company or buy a GOOD part and put it in yourself. Harry
