Would your wife consider letting you and your daughter hang out at her home, if the separation is amicable that is.
Response:
Help. My wife and I recently seperated, and she has relocated to a semi-neighboring city (~80 miles away). I have arranged to work half days one day a week, so that I can drive up and spend time with my 15 month old daughter (in addition to regular weekend visits.) My problem is exactly what I can do with my daughter when I have her. We go to the park, and occassionally to a friend’s house that has a pool, but we don’t necessarily have any place that we can go just to roll around on the floor or watch videos together. So I’m frantically looking for any ideas that people might have for activities that I can do mid-week with a 15 month-old girl. If it helps, the visitation occurs in the San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles, CA USA. Any thoughts, comments or ideas would be welcomed.
