Thanks… Every time I think of a doe, the song runs through my head! I wanted to project that….and it is kind of funny. I don’t think I’m strong at all. I feel so very frightened of what will happen to me now. It almost has me paralyzed with fear. But, I will do what I must, as we all do, so I don’t think I’m any stronger than any one here, really. But thank you anyway, for saying so. Trailingvine – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->>hehehhehehehe……that doe (a deer, a female deer…) >I love this! That must be so hard with the kids, I have enough trouble just looking after myself! The help I have is two hours a fortnight, so that basically covers the vacuuming, cleaning the floors and bathroom and dusting, plus making my bed. All these things should probably be done once a week, but too bad! I’ve got a housemate now which is great, as we share the cooking and dishes between us, so I’ve been eating a lot better as I’ve been resorting to quick and easy frozen meals less often. And she’s been very helpful with things like lifting the wet clothes out of the washing machine and putting them on the line or in the dryer for me. Welcome home Ken! I am back too after the MOST relaxing vacation I have ever had! It was cold and rainy up north and all I did was sleep, eat, read, sleep, read, sleep, eat, sleep, etc. The kids were perfect (meaning they entertained themselves while I did all of the above) and hubby was happy to read, sleep, eat, take walks (in the rain — he is nuts) etc. It was wonderful. . . Now that you are home after the funeral — you must remember to live each and every moment to it’s fullest extent — for your friend who died (and yourself). That is what I do when I have a particularly wonderful day — I think of those I have lost and enjoy the day in their memory! Somehow I think they know I am doing so. Glad you are home –((((((((Ken))))))))) Rebecca

Welcome back Ken. Sorry you had such an emotional week. Some people have come to my site an signed the guestbook and entered their story while you were away. I hope you can find the time to update the guestbook on the site with the extra entries in your list, as we discussed last week. Also please update your story – it was cut off after 1000 characters. Now there is no limit to the length of story you can add. The site has been redesigned for better ease of use. Let me know what you think about the changes.
