Question:
True ‘Radio Voltaics’ really exists, ‘Eternity’ never stops supplying power. As much as you want and as small as you want
(even just a few molecules to power nano motors). I need people
to prove the technology and backers/industry to accept this new
technology. Our polluting life is killing us a molecule at a
time, genertically. There is too much mercury leaking out of
alkaline batteries and industries for the sake of cheap power
and high profits.
I think I have developed a true ‘Radio-Voltaic’ device which is
a ‘Nuclear Battery’ which never burns out, requires charging and
can power bionics, electronic and self powered semiconductors.
It is the world smallest, longest lasting, newest technology.
It has NO size restrictions and made from off the shelf
components. I replaces nuclear reactors and can be built into
a house as the main power supply for ANY home, factory or space
equipment. The life expectancy is the life of the half life of
the material used, even nuclear waste. I want to patent the
device but the U.S. Patent Office does not have a catagory/
classification for it. How do I get a new classification made ?

here and don’t know where to go. Patenting it is one thing but
how do you explain how its made when EVERYONE can make it and I
loose the patent because I can’t affor to take EVERYONE to court
over enfringement rights ?
I have the name for the ‘Nuclear Battery’ trademarked as
‘Eternity’ and already advertised in several Popular Magazines.
Everyone wants it and the battery companies don’t. There is no
hazard (because the materials used are natural and sunlight is
more destructive than my fuel.
‘Eternity’ will not be sold, you will pay a deposit, when you use
the energy required for the device you are using it on, You pay
nothing. When the battery is returned in a few years (up to 30
years), you get ALL you deposit back, I make money on the
investment of your deposit. So far, last year I cleared 35% on
the investments made. So I make money from the investment. The
longer you use the battery, the more money I make.
I use your greed to have the battery returned and repackaged.
The energy never stops, it is ETERNAL, relative to the life of
a human and I now place a value on that ‘old, used battery’ no
more pollution because it is human nature to get their money
back. I see no problem giving your deposit back because after all
what is a few dallors compared to the hundreds I make off your
money in investments? An extimated 68,000 jobs would be created
and a $680,000,000/year industry would be generated. This alone
will pay off the national debt in no time.
I have been unemployeable for 6 years because ‘I’m too smart’,
my I.Q., when last tested went off the charts, it couldn’t be
measured. When I wanted to take a course, the teachers told me
I should be teaching it and they should be the students, they
were very reluctant accepting me in the course. I am normal with
the same needs as anyone else, I’m just too expensive, according
to union standards, so no employer is allowed to higher me. I am
willing to sweep the floor for a job but can’t because no
one wants me around. How does one survive with no job but to
invent things (450+) and hopefully sell it to a shark for next
to nothing. Our neighbours and friends know me and are always
upset because I get turned down at a job interview because I’m
a threat to their business because I know how to make it more
stream lined and cost effective.
Unfortunately our lives are BASED on wasted. If there is no waste, then there is no profit.

Try alt.business.scam for starters. The patent office disallows all patents on perpetual motion machines. And as to where you can go? You can go to hell with all the other thieves. GAT

Not true. They simply require that you demonstrate a working unit. For all other patents, all you need is drawings and a description; for a perpetual motion patent, you have to prove it.
